UFC and Pride Middleweight Title unification bout: Anderson “The Spider” Silva (20-4) vs. “Hollywood” Dan Henderson (22-6)

This Saturday, Anderson Silva will fight Dan Henderson in a Middleweight matchup at UFC 82. This fight will unify the middleweight belts from Pride and the UFC.

This is a battle of two of the top pound-for-pound fighters in MMA. We feel that Dan Henderson, a great Olympic wrestler and mixed martial artist, has the ability to turn this fight into a ground-and-pound affair for 3 rounds.

Dan Henderson has also never been knocked out in his career, and he’s very strong in the clinch (which is Silva’s bread and butter). That is why we believe Dan Henderson will be victorious on Saturday.

We also like Jon Fitch over Chris Wilson, not only because we believe he’s the next UFC Welterweight champion, but also because he fights out of San Jose, California.
