I make my smoothie with 1 banana, 2 apples, a handful of grapes, a handful of strawberries, 1 cup of any fruit yogurt, and a scoop of ice. You can fill up a couple Nalgenes and store them at work. Your coworkers will be tempted to steal some of your delicious concoction, but adding a hint of laxatives to some bottles will deter even the most determined.
