I consider myself an open-minded person. I scoffed at the thought of doing burpees when I first heard of them, but now I’m a burpee evangelist. I do believe in ghosts/paranormal. I highly recommend checking out “Their Way Home”, by Melissa Van Rossum. I have gained a whole new understanding about what happens to us after we die, and about the ghosts in my life.
