The Door Gym Chin-Up Bar is great for people that may not have the time to go to the gym everyday like some people do. All you need besides the Door Gym is your own body mass, gravity, and a doorway with trim. The pull-ups are great and can be done in different ways: close grip, wide grip, hammer grip, overhand grip, or underhand grip.

You can also do deep pushups and sit-ups with the Door Gym by placing it on the floor. If you are totally pathetic, you can use the Door Gym itself as a barbell. Just make sure you do your bicep curls in front of a mirror while listening to Madonna’s “Like A Prayer“. In the 1997 Box Office hit Gummo, the main character, Solomon, did something similar except with silverware, and in front of his mother nonetheless.

Let me lay down a scenario you can play out at your convenience once your Door Gym has arrived:
Walk into your girlfriend’s bedroom while she is watching some dumb ass show like Sunset Tan. Dazzle her with your quick Door Gym installation skills, then, start your workout. If your girl starts yappin’, just ignore her. If she really starts to open her trap, walk up to her, bend over, drop trow and let out a big gaseous fart right into her face. I recently did 32 hammer pullups in a row without warming up at a party to help win a game. I owe it all to the door gym! The next highest number was 11…just pathetic.
