Workout in your doorway with the Door Gym
Door Gym Chin-Up Bar
The Door Gym Chin-Up Bar is great for people that may not have the time to go to the gym everyday like some people do. All you need besides the Door Gym is your own body mass, gravity, and a doorway with trim. The pull-ups are great and can be done in different ways: close grip, wide grip, hammer grip, overhand grip, or underhand grip.
You can also do deep pushups and sit-ups with the Door Gym by placing it on the floor. If you are totally pathetic, you can use the Door Gym itself as a barbell. Just make sure you do your bicep curls in front of a mirror while listening to Madonna’s “Like A Prayer“. In the 1997 Box Office hit Gummo, the main character, Solomon, did something similar except with silverware, and in front of his mother nonetheless.
Let me lay down a scenario you can play out at your convenience once your Door Gym has arrived:
Walk into your girlfriend’s bedroom while she is watching some dumb ass show like Sunset Tan. Dazzle her with your quick Door Gym installation skills, then, start your workout. If your girl starts yappin’, just ignore her. If she really starts to open her trap, walk up to her, bend over, drop trow and let out a big gaseous fart right into her face. While she is temporarily blinded by the gas, pull up your pants, run to the Door Gym and immediately start doing pull-ups so that she has to go through your rippling, muscular, and sweaty body to get out of the stench-filled room alive. Trust me, your girlfriend will hate you after this act of brazen stupidity.
We suggest installing the Door Gym in the doorway of your walk-in closet and closing your bedroom door. This will allow you to save your roommates, parents, or significant other the embarrassment of having to look at how many pull-ups you can do compared to them.
Seriously though, the Door Gym works great and has helped define many physiques (especially arms, back, and core muscles) all around the world. For its price, it will exceeded your expectations and we definitely recommend it. So be a JERK … get the Door Gym and block the doorway while you workout.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The DOOR GYM has been designed to fit residential doorways 24″ to to 45″ and supports up to 300 lbs.
The Door Gym:

Accessories / Add Ons:
- Broad Reach Bar - Allows for a wider grip to help strengthen other areas of your upper body.
- Door Gym Ab Loops - Padded loops that add an abdominal workout to your Door Gym. See the setup this guy has for his Door Gym Ab Loops (however, that bar that they are attached to doesn’t look like the Door Gym).

BJ would still have kept me on his team if only I had used this Door Gym.
